Updates aren’t compatible with my Android/Kindle Fire device

We had to drop support for devices running anything below Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) in February, 2018 because Google is no longer updating the Android System WebView for these older versions of Android. As websites continue to evolve, older versions of the System WebView will have an increasingly difficult time downloading and rendering modern web pages which will affect ChefTap’s ability to clip recipes.

Starting in February 2018, devices running Android  4.3.1 (Jelly Bean) or earlier will not be able to sync with your cheftap.com account.

If you’re constantly seeing an update notice, turn off the WiFi on your device and you should be able to use ChefTap normally.
