Send Log Files

Android | View iOS instructions

Sometimes, we may ask you to send your log files to help us investigate problems that you are having. To send your log files:

  1. Open ChefTap (the app) to the main recipe list
  2. Tapping the menu button, then ‘Feedback’.
  3. Choose your email app if asked.
  4. Tap the ‘send’ button on the email that pops up.
