Send Log Files

iOS | View Android instructions

Sometimes, we may ask you to send your log files to use so that we can investigate problems that you are having. To send your log files:

  1. Go to ChefTap’s main recipe list, then tap the button with three dots on it at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Contact Support.
  3. An email will pop up with the log files attached.
  4. Tap Send on the email.
