ChefTap has started making notification sounds

A new default in Android Oreo has caused ChefTap to start making notification sounds for some users. We never ask devices to make sounds, so the new sounds are due to Android Oreo. It wasn’t us, honest!

To turn off notification sounds for ChefTap:

1. Open your device’s Settings app and scroll down to Apps.
2. Scroll down to ChefTap on the next screen and tap on it.
3. Tap on Notifications‘.
4. Tap on any notification that is on, then tap Importance, then Medium (No Sound).
