Fudgey Brownies with chocolate chunks Shaheen Ali3/4 Cup Maida1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder1/4th tsp Salt1 Cup Sugar1/2 Cup Softened Butter2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chunks (I used morde milk chocolate compound)StepsGrease a 9″ baking tray and line it with parchment paper. Keep aside- Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together- Combine sugar and butter and blend it till it becomes smooth and light – Add one egg at a time, blend it first and then add the other egg. Blend all together – Add Vanilla extract and mix well- Now add the dry mix into the wet mix and combine all together using a silicon spatula. Don’t over beat the batter, just fold it in one direction- Add chocolate chunks and mix again- Pre-heat the oven at 200* and pour the batter into the lines tray. Spread evenly on all sides with a spatula- Bake the brownie for 25 mins or till the tooth pick comes out clean- Transfer it to a cooling rack and allow it to cool at room temperature.
