When I sync recipes, the sync doesn’t complete.

The most common reason that syncs do not complete is that the internet connection is lost during the sync. Some devices will turn off WiFi when the device goes to sleep. You might also lose your connection if you are using a mobile hotspot.

You can keep your device from sleeping during a sync by opening a recipe. By default, your device will stay awake while you are viewing a recipe.
