If you have a free account, you can sync each device with the website every ten days. Changes are not automatically pushed out to all devices — that’s a Pro feature.
If you sync two devices with the website, all of your recipes will be on the website. Recipes will find their way to other devices the next time you sync with the website.
You should also make sure you don’t have a current search running.
On iOS:
Look for the funnel icon at the top of the recipe list that looks like this:
Tap this button and then tap ‘Clear All’ button to clear the search and display all of your recipes.
On Android, Kindle Fire, or Nook HD
The search bar looks like this:
To clear the search, tap the large white X on the right-hand side of the search bar to clear the search and display all of your recipes.
